Your payment options depend on the type of services performed or contracted
through Bekins Northwest. Due to various regulations not all payment methods
are accepted on all service types.
Local storage in a Bekins Northwest facility:
Monthly storage payments may be made at any of our offices, mailed with your payment receipt or via monthly recurring charge to your Visa or Mastercard account. For your convenience, a breakdown of payment types, options and restrictions are listed below.
- At our offices: Cash, check or money order for all payment amounts, Visa or Mastercard are accepted for payments of $25.00 or more.
- US Mail: Check, money order or certified check in U.S. funds.
- Automatic Recurring Charge: Monthly storage fees can be set up to automatically charge to your Visa or Mastercard account. To take advantage of this time-saving option, please contact our storage billing department at (888) 623-5467 with your account and payment information.
Local Moving:
All local moving services are COD unless prior arrangements have been made
with your sales representative. Payment may be made by cash, check or
certified check. Visa and Mastercard are accepted if arrangements have been
made prior to the date of your move.
In some instances, restrictions may apply. Please consult your sales
representative for further details.
Office Moving and Contract Services:
Business moves and contract services are COD at time of completion unless
billing arrangements have been made prior to the move date. Billing terms
are based on approved credit.
Interstate Shipments:
Interstate shipments are governed by the rules and regulations of various
government agencies, state authorities and individual carriers. As a rule,
unless previously arranged or for approved corporate billing, all
interstate shipments are COD and must be paid with certified funds at time
of delivery. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted if arranged at time of
contract.

International:
International shipments are governed by the rules and regulations of various
government agencies, state authorities, individual carriers and foreign
countries. Payment type, fees, and restrictions vary greatly depending on
size of the shipment, type of transportation, country of origin and country
of destination. As a rule, all international shipments are pre-paid and
must be paid with certified funds prior to leaving the origin agency. In
some circumstances, Visa and Mastercard may be accepted if arranged at time
of contract.
