It’s as easy as ONE, TWO, THREE!!!
ONE: Be a Windermere Customer
TWO: Simply schedule your free-in home estimate and make arrangements with Bekins Northwest to move your belongings. Please mention that you are a Windermere customer and you’d like to take advantage of the Windermere / Bekins Northwest Preferred Moving Rewards program.
THREE: All the necessary arrangements for you to receive your rewards will be taken care of by your Bekins Northwest moving consultant.
This offer only applies to All Interstate Moving. Since all local moving is regulated by the State of Washington, the Windermere / Bekins Northwest Preferred Moving Rewards offer does not apply
(Interstate moves are those going to or coming from outside the State of Washington)
When you sign up with Windermere and Bekins Northwest, Agents for Atlas Van Lines...
1. You will receive a move discount of up to 40%.
2. You will receive Free Full Value Protection of up to $50,000 on your household goods. There is normally a charge for this, but you will receive it Free!
3. You will have the benefit of receiving Non- Peak Season Rates during peak season months (May-September).
4. If you are in need of Temporary Storage Services, you will be given a Preferred Rate.
5. Your interstate move will earn you Frequent Flyer Miles from one of several airlines.
6. If you are in need of travel services, you will have Unlimited Access to Atlas World Travel. They will arrange airline ticketing, train ticketing, car rental, Hotel/Motel reservations, tour/cruise planning and much more.
7. A Personal Move Coordinator from Bekins Northwest will be assigned to your move!
A MORE DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE BENEFITS
You have the option of earning frequent flyer miles from one of four major airlines as an extra bonus - just for making a wise moving choice and selecting Atlas Van Lines. The miles that you receive may be easily added to the miles they have already earned - providing 100% of the benefits. It’s so easy! Simply complete the postage paid reply card (you will receive one from Bekins Northwest, agents for Atlas Van Lines) with your Atlas interstate move registration number and choose your airline from the choices provided. The AirMiles certificate will arrive in the mail two to three weeks after delivery of your shipment.
Here’s how it works: Total Moving Costs / Your Extra AirMiles
- $1,999 or less = 500 AirMiles
- $2,000 to $3,999 = 1,000 AirMiles
- $4,000 and UP = 1,500 AirMiles

Atlas Van Lines owns their own travel agency, which is available to our customers. All airline ticketing, train ticketing, car rental, hotel/motel reservations, tour/cruise planning and vacation packages can be done through our own agency! It’s convenience at your finger tips. Atlas World-Class Travel has standing discounts with some of the airlines, the benefit is..our customer’s often have an opportunity to receive better air fares. Atlas World-Class Travel has an easily accessible 800 number, a courier service for delivery of our customer’s documents and tickets. It’s one-stop shopping when you’re moving!
Free Full Value Protection - Option A:

Most families want the peace of mind and the assurance offered by Full Value Protection. Atlas designed this level of protection precisely with that in mind. In the event something should happen while your belongings are in Atlas' care, a damaged article is fully repaired or a lost or destroyed item is replaced. There's NO deductible and NO depreciation with Option A. You will receive free Full Value Protection up to $50,000 on your household goods. There is normally a charge for this level of protection but as part of the Windermere Premier Package this level of coverage is FREE.
With Full Value Protection, any article that cannot be repaired will be replaced at its current replacement value. (Atlas, relying on expert damage appraisers, determines whether an article can be repaired or if it must be replaced.) Using the ten-year-old stereo as our example, Full Value Protection means that, if a stereo of the same type and quality costs $375 today, your settlement from Atlas will be $375.
